Suggestions on soundproofing wall/door

Post Body

Hello I am looking for any effective suggestions on blocking noise from leaving my room and also coming in my room from a door frame that was sealed off and is now a wall. I can still hear others on the other side which means they must hear my TV loud etc.

For context I love in a private room with private entrance. The door was sealed and turned into a wall but still has the frame and noise can be heard although low but still head. I'm looking for a way to reduce or stop noise altogether I seen sound proof blankets overpriced at $100, I seen suggestions of using sealeants on the gaps, I seen moving blankets being used etc .

Can any one suggest anything that might work? Thank you. P.s pictures included .
