Struggle to stretch.

I cannot seem to bridge the gap between 7 and 8mm meatotomy scares me but the fun looking sounds seem to be all 8mm I i got some silicone dilators on the way that I hope will have a little compression to them that will allow for a good stretch a few minutes at a time. But how lung do you stretch when your going for an increase.
