What are your favourite ways to use sounds?

Hey! It's me again.
As I play around with sounding more, I've come to wonder what others do with theirs. I usually just leave my in at the moment, I haven't really experimented with anything else. So I was curious as to what are your favourite ways to use them. I mean, obviously you're inserting them, but I moreso mean what you do on the side of it (jerk off, fuck yourself, etc), to add a little bit of.. spice to your playtime. And some inspiration! For context, I'm a trans male, so I have a vagina. Though if you don't, I'm still curious to hear about your experiences.
