How do I get up to the next size 🫣

I can only take the first three of the long set and can't get up to the next one. Use a lot of sterile lube and have tried a bunch of times but it just won't go. Been using the short thing on far right to try and stretch it but I don't seem to be making progress, it just ends up hurting and doesn't seem to go in any deeper. Any advice?
