Urination sting after?

I occasionally do some sounding play with my clitty/penis and enjoy it. Iād like to do more, but sometimes after a session it will sting/burn when I urinate for a day or more. Is this normal? How long does it usually last for you? I have a narrow pee hole and I do use lube. Thanks for any advice!
