I'm not sure if this is appropriate for this subreddit, but it's a genuine request so I thought I'd shout.

Lately I've been getting into sound design and I realised it'd be a lot quicker if I sat down with someone to help accomplish my goals.

Essentially I'd like to be able to hear a sound, and be able to replicate it. Or at least understand the fundamentals of how that sound works.

How I imagine it'd work is that we'd sit down for an hour and go through a song and I'd identify the sounds I'd like to create from it.
