Soundcore space one headphones broke

My soundcore space one headphones broke and I’m not sure if it can be fixed or not I love these headphones I purchased them refurbished but because they broke after the 3 month warranty period soundcore isn’t able to help me with a replacement and I don’t have the funds right now to purchase new ones. Can it be fixed? If so can I take it somewhere? I’m in California if anyone knows a place I can take them to to get them fixed thank you (also just to clarify the white stuff around the headphones is tape residue I tried to tape it in place but didn’t work)
