Disney plus on new tv?

So a few days ago I bought a new sony bravia x90h 4k smart tv, get home set it all up and put some of the apps I would like onto the t.v. e.g. kayo and Optus sports, however when I went to install Disney it says " not compatible" How is this ever possible, sony even said to me via email that I can just download it (very helpful)
Anybody know anything about this? Am I missing something simple here
