As the title says, my headphones are louder on the left side than on the right side. It's quite annoying when using them for a long time.

Edit: I hear a little less with my right ear and it's flagrant when I physically turn the headphones I hear a LOT better with my right ear.

I tried to connect them to my phone, my windows PC, with NC, without NC etc. Always the same problem.

Anyone has the same problem and found a way to correct this? Or should I just send them back?

Using 7.2 app and headphones 2.0.6 firmware.
