Hello! I'm trying to figure out what the ideal proper 5.1 setup is for a fairly large game room. Typical use between games, movies, music. I like my music loud.
I have a beam and a sub currently. So those are the only components i need to fit into the setup. The rest is unknown and i can iterate on the setup over time until it's complete.
I was thinking 2 play 5s for the rears first. That gets me to 5.1 due to the beam acting as front 3 right?
If i do that, could I add an additional 2 play 5s as front left and right and make the beam the center? Or move my play 5s to the front and add a couple one SLs to the rear? Or am i stuck with the beam as my entire front?
Thanks for any assistance figuring this out!
