I've been having the same problem with Gameday that this person had (and based on a quick Google search, it seems like lots of people have been having the same issues this season). I've called MLB support a dozen times over the past few months, gotten "escalated" to higher level tech support people, left my phone number with people and never gotten a call back. It's been very frustrating.
But part of what's weird about it is that every time, I have to spend the first ten minutes of the call explaining to the person what Sonos is. Based on how many people seem to be having issues with it, I have to believe that they've been getting lots of calls. But every time, they start by walking me through these diagnostic steps that make no sense with Sonos speakers.
I've even had multiple tech support people tell me that Sonos isn't an officially supported device, at which point I direct them to this page.
Over the weekend, I got a strange voicemail from someone at MLB. He said that he refunded my subscription fee. He thanked me for telling them about that page on the MLB website and said that he didn't know how it got there but it needed to be taken down.
Is that it? Did MLB on Sonos just die?
