Won’t play anything

Have a beam and arc on my system and I have reauthorized, deleted and reinstalled the app, unplugged router and speakers. Signed in/signed out from Apple and Sonos. Still can’t even get the damn thing to play anything let alone Apple Music. Really frustrated that I can’t seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
