Problem with Sonos and Spotify

OK, so up until a few hours ago, Spotify and Sonos worked great together, but then Sonos started telling me that it was unable to play music from Spotify because my Spotify account was disconnected even though it wasn't, and now I'm unable to connect it again. Everytime I try, I just get an error message telling me that Sonos is unable to connect to my account. I removed Spotify from the Sonos app to see if I could fix it that way, but it still won't let me add Spotify. What's up?
