STVI - If Burke and Samno, both yeomen, are dead, who is left to take their statements?

In STVI, the bridge puts out a general announcement for a court reporter to go to sick bay and take statements from Yeomen Burke and Samno. It's a ruse meant to expose their killer. But they're both yeomen, petty officers for office administration. If anyone would take official statements from dying crew members, it would be a yeoman.

So how many freaking court reporters does the Enterprise even have, out of a complement of 350? Are there actually any more yeomen on board, who are like, "Nope! I don't want to get got by whatever malign force is killing off court reporters!"
