So I've been playing for quite a while now, but somehow I still haven't managed to figure out whether once a recruit has been trained, does he just become exclusively a soldier or does he take up a work at a workstation too? Because I've never managed to catch them in them act. I've also suspiciously haven't had 150 or 200 more mouths to feed without them working. I also haven't seen them just wander around which is what one would expect them to do if they're not working. I've been checking around the workstations to see if they're in a division or not, but I just can't seem to catch them lacking. I'm just asking because I don't wanna send them out on the map one day just to lose a third of my workforce back at home haha.
