Turbo kicks out when you gun it. Local mechanic (who I trust) said waste gate actuator wasn't working. Replaced actuator. He had problems getting it into spec voltage. Had me take it to dealer to have them do it. They got it into spec, but still same symptoms. Still crap for power. Feels like driving a car that's too heavy for a 4 cylinder (go figure). Any ideas?
Could be related or not, but I'm burning oil somewhere. No leaks, no smoke. Probably 2-3 qts between 5k changes.
