Help setting up Sonarr for Anime

I'm just setting up Sonarr and want to use it just for Anime currently. I'm hoping to get some good information on what indexers are best for newer anime (if that matters) and how I can get Sonarr to pick up the right shows even though sometimes the names are in Japanese instead of english.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks
