Looking for extraction help

ok basically Plex is amazing and I have sonarr and radarr and lidarr set up however I run into a problem when the files are in a rar format. I am using extractnow to monitor those folders however it takes it time waits sometimes up to 2 hours which will not do. I am using windows server with qbittorent if that helps. This is the last piece of the puzzle for me thanks in advance.
