Ideas about story continuation. (Spoilers)
Post Body

So, I'm just... really wanting more. I'd really like to see the world expanded...

I was quite happy with the linear progression. But I can't help but think about the points it could diverge/continue.

When you first switch bodies and are given a choice, I opted to leave Simon-2 Alive. I thought, hey, it isn't going to be great for him, but He/I will have the choice about his fate. He could try to make his way to the surface, or something. He shouldn't have any problems returning to any of the other locations, since his suit pressure was fine at that depth.

I do feel like... on the way to launch the Ark, that Catherine should have again explained and prepared Simon-3, that HE would remain, but a copy of him would be put on the Ark, made sure he understood about what was going to happen... I think it would have enabled him to cope, and for them to better prepare for some other options for themselves afterwards. Head back up the elevator, reunite with Simon-2... discuss some other options...

I think I'd have loved see some DLC dealing with the two of them interacting... maybe bringing Simon-3's understanding of the WAU to Simon-2. Simon-2/3 and Catherine-2 working together, maybe trying to help guide the WAU to making things better...

It can clearly bring/keep a person cognitive, like Ross... Its potential to terraform, rebuild, regrow, repopulate the earth... Aaagh.

I don't know... so much potential with that thread, I feel like.
