I (26F) will be traveling alone to Europe next month and am looking for recs for London specifically. I’ll be there for 4 1/2 days out of a 2 week trip.
One of the things I’m just a little concerned about is the sheer size. It’s the biggest city I’ll be visiting on my trip. It’s not walkable like some of the other cities, and I want to feel connected to it and really get a sense of the city.
As a solo female traveler, what would be some good places or areas to go that would allow me to feel a connectedness or sense of the city?
I enjoy live music, arts/culture, cool bar/cafe/restaurant, architecture/design, and meeting people. I do like socializing over some drinks, but I’m not a huge partier. I’m more of a 1-2 drinks chill type of person. More interested in talking and having fun rather than getting crazy.
