Recommended Monthly Income to Travel as a "semi" nomad
Post Body

Long story short, I got hired as an engineer in December 2020. I'm now working remotely making $72k yearly, which equals out to $2,185 per every other week roughly. In terms of traveling to more destinations in the future, I'm looking to get advice from the experts who are around my income level on how they manage to travel comfortably. I do still want to make payments on student loans and save some money, so some of the cheaper Latin American countries like Mexico and Costa Rica are still high on my list.

Are you still able to make monthly expenses?

Have you ever fallen behind due to traveling? If so, what have you done to correct that?

Do you have an apartment/house in your home country as a "home base"?
General Tips, tricks, hacks you use to get save up on costs.
