Does the Eurail pass have the same inbound/outbound restrictions as the Interrail pass? I'm an American living abroad, so I believe I can get either. I'll mostly be going back and forth between my residence and a city in a different country.

Post Body

copy/pasted from my /r/interrail post

Edit: I have two addresses; one in Europe and one in the US.

Edit 2: I'd be starting in my city of residence and going to various other cities; I won't just be commuting.
