Hi all!

I’m going to London, Munich, and Bilbao in December and in order to save some money and so I don’t have to worry about losing a bag knowing that I’m plus size and it’ll be harder to find clothes.

Here is what I am planning to pack for clothes:

  • a pair of jeans
  • 2 sweaters
  • a pretty casual dress
  • some fleece lined tights
  • a pair of chinos
  • a pair of joggers
  • my fall/spring coat (lighter than my winter coat)
  • compression socks
  • 2 pairs of pajamas
  • underwear (obviously)
  • tennis shoes with inserts to help with lower back pain when walking and standing

I live in Minnesota so winters are brutal up here so I don’t want to bring my winter parka if I don’t have to, but would snow boots be useful? Should I invest in a pair of hiking boots instead of tennis shoes?

For the most part, I’m planning on going to museums and historical building and will be inside, but in Munich I have a day trip to Dachau and another one to Neuschwantstein Castle and don’t want to be too chilly that I can’t enjoy it.

Any tips?
