Couple questions about Galdor’s Grip

Do ‘top of the deck’ effects trigger while moving cards to the bottom of the deck?

For example - I reveal my top card and it’s Figment of Feragot {3}. I choose to (1) move the three cards to the bottom of my deck, (2) change the position of the top card (FoF {3}) beneath my Falseer’s Fount. At this point, as these three cards are moving to the bottom, does my FoF {1}’s ‘top of deck’ effect trigger in this same turn?

Also, last question: when moving both to the bottom of the deck, can Deeproot Depths rotate The Stonekeeper right-side up? I suspect not, but just wanted to make sure.
