I'm just going to say it and get downvoted but the promoter who didn't even approach the police or fire, while planning an event bringing in over 1/3 of the county's population is as responsible as anyone. A promoter should know what has to be done to secure the safety of the people at a festival they are throwing and making money off of. I know everyone is mad at the cops but one person made a ton of money and doesn't seem to catch any of the heat on this sub. Yeah everyone hates the cops, but I hate a shitty business dealing where people get screwed, just as much.
