Soldering ice cubes

Hello there,
I picked up a soldering iron to poke holes into partially frozen ice spheres. I am looking to make some crazy cocktails and am curious what I’m actually risking by using just the tip of the iron to penetrate it.
There solder tool I don’t care about, just don’t want to die or get greviously injured
