Places to buy used or wholesale solar panels/wind turbines etc.pls

Hi does anyone know where I can purchase either good used solar panels/small wind generators/etc. If not used possibly low costs/wholesale. I tried to order directly from China but they did not agree. order too small. I want to try to set up my own system to be self sufficient if needed and overall electrical savings over the years. I am willing to drive anywhere in southern or central california, vegas, Arizona if the savings are worth the trip. Any help or advice would be appreciated thanks
