So here's my problem, I have a Raspberry Pi that I'm running a remote securoty camera on and not getting enough power because it crashes whenever the camera is installed (camera requires 1.8Amps while the RPI needs 2.5A). So without the camera, stock power cable works fine, with a camera I have to use a higher amperage cable to run it properly. I eventually wanna run off grid so my simplest idea would be to connect enough of these Amazon Batteriesthat I at least get 5V and enough amperage to power it. So essentially the setup would go like this, batteries are connected together and the RPI is directly connected to the battery power source. Battery power source is then connected to solar panels to charge. Make sense, too far fetched? I would like it to be simple (and inexpensive as possible). Any ideas would be a great help!
