Maintenance contract

Hi everyone, I'm a licensed electrician with over 10 years in the solar industry. I have just started my own company and would love to work directly with financing companies to perform the maintenance of solar systems. Can anyone help on where to start? I know a lot of people have opted for the leasing option the past years, and I would really like to get a contract to maintain these systems. And of course, directly with homeowners.
