what are good sites/business to get complete systems from?

I need about 8kwh setup, ground mount etc. the only place near me is kind of weird last time i was in there the guy was a dick.
Anyway, i'm trying to put together a ground mount system 8KW.
i have been able to get this quote from a few hours away but no idea if it's a good price. i've asked them to break it down by line items.
not really sure how to know what i should be paying and what companies are just taxing the shit out of me.
