Need help/Manufacturer not responding

I bought this new inverter for my lifepo4/solar/generator. As far as yesterday I installed it and it worked fine as it began charging immediately from solar. When I tried the generator last night it was not taking charge and then this morning, it did not connect to solar. It shows the panel just not the connection or blinking charge light. Is there anyone who might be able to help me troubleshoot the issue? I've read the manual and sent them an email just can't uite figure it out. Thank you
