Quick staking question

So I have split up my SOL between Shinobi Systems, GenesysGo, Laine, Marinade, and Socean .. do I have to do anything or is this type of staking just kind of set it and forget it?
I also added all my SRM to the RAY-SRM farm on Raydium, and am staking the remaining RAY solo .. I read it is best to harvest each once a day and just add back to the solo RAY stake, does this sound correct?
Appreciate the info
(bonus points if anyone knows how to stake FIDA in the US!)
