I know i am asking a lot but is there a good, free conversion program to go from .vob to .wmv?

Title says it all. I am trying to back up my dvd collection on to one HDD (for trips and to save space) and so far have been doing alright. I have about 20 movies so far but they are all in the VOB file format and would love for them to be in WMV so i can play them on say my xbox. Any help would be great, i have tried a few programs already but all I have found are programs that leave watermarks on the file. Thanks in advance.
