Desktop Email Client for Search Across Multiple Mailboxes

Hi. Is there a desktop email client which will allow me to save search configurations that specify multiple specific folders in different mailboxes to search? Some of these are Exchange servers (although I can use the IMAP interface) and some are Gmail.
This would be for Windows 10.
I have tried Thunderbird, and the Saved Searches are constantly breaking, so that won't work. Thanks.
