A Simple Database for Clothing and Outfits

Can anyone recommend a simple relational database that I can use to create a database of articles of clothing (type, description, photo, etc.) and outfits (list of articles of clothing with photos of each).

I'm familiar with Microsoft Access, but it seems way too complex considering I don't see a premade template that would work so I'd need to customize. When I google database software, I get lots of names like MySQL, SQL Server, MariaDB which seem to be for building websites and such. I mean I'm not hosting millions of outfit databases, just one.

So, what's my best approach? Thank you.
