Did anyone get this email? It has the subject "An Important Message from SoFi". It reads this:

Hi (Name),

As you may be aware, on April 12, 2021, SoFi Wealth LLC settled, without admitting or denying the allegations, a matter brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Pursuant to the terms of the settlement, a final order was issued on August 19, 2021 (the “Order”). A complete copy of the Order may be viewed at https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2021/ia-5826.pdf.

As a result of the Order, SoFi Wealth has updated its Form ADV as well as its Form CRS, of which it shares with SoFi Securities.

We encourage you to take a moment to read the document, particularly Item 9: Disciplinary Information found on page 15 of Form ADV, and the Disciplinary History question found on Page 4 of Form CRS.
