How are you all surviving PL runs?

I can leave my crew in Castle overnight without issue but whenever I go through PL, I die in a few hundred floors. I'm only on 36k on PL.
Based on the log and watching my team every so often, I'm dying either by Regress (honestly no idea what this does) or Damage Reflection (I accidentally do around 100k when I crit). Any tips?
EDIT: It's NOT Delirium. I have everyone with sanity gems already when I made this post so any help with the other issues I mentioned would be great :)
