Lair of Despair - Better to wait until final dimension?
Post Body

Hi, I'm sort of new to this game (30 hours, I'm on dimension 6). I've noticed that every time I enter a new dimension the game "forgets" my progress in the LoD and I have to start over at level 1. It will not let me spend essence to warp (again, talking about when I initially enter a dimension). I just want to access the new levels in LoD, but I have to play through hundreds of previous levels to get there, and it gets worse with each new dimension. I'm thinking it's not worth going through this tedium every time I reach a new dimension. Yes, I understand the LoD has rare items that can't be found in the main dungeon, but in spite of that I'm still inclined to hold off on the LoD until the final dimension. Yes, of course, I can and do put the game on auto, and I bought the speed run bonus, but it's soooooo boring watching my team fight through the old levels again and again. What, I'm supposed to put my phone away for an hour while they fight it out? Ain't nobody got time for that. Besides, Demora/Lil Daisy is impossible to defeat in auto mode (and maybe there are other upcoming bosses like that), so I have to at least constantly check in on my team and make sure they're not about to go up against her.

Whew, sorry for the rant. tl;dr: I think I'll wait until the final dimension before I go back to the LoD. Change my mind.
