Diciplined sociopath

Hello. I have been wondering, could it be possible for someone to be more prone to sociopathic traits but be brought up in a disciplined way, such that they are polite and not manipulative or prone to lying?
In this case, would there still be an underlying sociopath or would they simply be a normal, if a little off, person?
