How to rekindle my relationship with a sociopath?

Hi, newbie here. I'm an empath who has been dating a sociopath for almost 5 years. It's taken me up until very recently to realize he is a true sociopath. I still love and want to be with him... however, it would be nice to turn the tables every now and then. I've done this a little bit inadvertently by putting walls up and being more aware of his manipulation. As a sociopath what would it take for you to become more attracted to/aware of your SO? Thanks!
