Leaving my FT job to complete internship. This wasn’t on my plans
Post Body

For the past weeks I have been having issues to complete my internship hrs. I work full time and this was conflicting my internship schedule. Today I had to make the hard decision to quit my ft job to purse and finish my degree. I just feel sadden that my employer did not made any effort to accommodate to this; instead they are pretty much letting me go. This sucks after I went above and beyond to complete their demands and stay after hours to finish all duties.

I know this is a while ago, but I can relate. My case management (well paying) job doesn't want to accommodate my internship schedule (16-26 hours a week) in the same hospital. So now I have to internally transfer to a different position just to keep this internship smh...
