How to be diplomatic regarding current job in an interview.

Post Body

I'm trying to move on from my current job. For those who have followed any of my posts I'm not too happy where I am. It all boils down to having been overworked, not managed all all to extremely micromanaged. I'm trying to prepare myself for job interviews happening this week. I'm excited about the positions I'm interviewing for. I want to demonstrate I'm a team player, can manage and can be managed, but I'm thinking that I am at a job interview while currently employed and I'm not sure how to explain that to the interviewer while coming off as respective and not negative about my current job. I also don't want them to see me as jumping ship. I'm young--I was at my first SW job for about 3 years and my current for 2.5 and I don't want them to think I'm flakey or not committed. Any advice?
