First day at new job and got an offer to interview from my dream company

Hi all. As the title says, I had my orientation day for a new position today, and on my way home I received a request to interview from my dream job. The salary for this job is actually commiserate with experience, the population is the same as I’d like to work with primarily once I’m ready to open a private practice, and the CEO is actually a social worker and a woman. I feel a bit guilty taking the interview so soon after starting a new job but I can’t pass this up, right?
