Does anyone else have friends that constantly send memes, posts etc incessantly without any real convo? Don’t get me wrong, my friends are all great, but I feel like I’m in a weird place where I’m surrounded by people that only communicate by sharing posts (sometimes multiple posts) to the group chat/ DMS multiple times a day. And when I try to respond it’s usually met with a tap reaction or sometimes just ignored. I used to go down the list and respond to every single message but I 100% don’t feel like it anymore. It feels like 90% of my DMs are a repository of memes with brain dead reactions and responses from everyone. Maybe I’m depressed 😂 but this new style of communication is NOT it!! Am I just overthinking it? Hope this makes sense.
