Need help overcoming fear in work follow-ups and negotiations

As an accountant, it feels very stressful for me to negotiate with suppliers to waive extra charges charged to us or to follow up and remind executives to approve already an invoice/payment requested a week before. The fact that these are part of my responsibilities make me dread going to work. I just want to work at peace.
How do you guys do these stuff exactly? I am 30 and still can't figure it out.
