Why have I always had a hard time making friends, and also presently find it difficult?

So I’m 24F, people describe me as bubbly and think of me as a good person.

I have always been in long term relationships even throughout college so I understand that most of my efforts and energy went to those boyfriends (I’m single now, and realizing that was unhealthy, so I’m glad I have time to work on it)

I made 3-4 really close friends in college, two of them are also friends with each other so that’s my small “group.” We live in different states now, though :(

I guess I’ve just always been jealous of girls who have that “girl gang”. I moved to a new state and TBH have made more guy friends than girl friends.

Anyone have advice/been through similar things?
