How to handle being the new black guy at work?

So I recently been hired at a medical company making endoscopes tubes, and I’m the only black guy at the job. It’s majority Hispanics, Russians, and white women. I get mean stares and think the Hispanic women are talking about me in their language sometimes. How do I cope with this moving forward and making myself more welcome at the new job?
