I hate talking about my interests

This seems to be the main thing to talk about with people and i hate that. I like video games, youtube, fencing and storytelling but i feel so cringy when i talk about any of them or express enthuasim about this. If im asked about them i just give short, generic answers.
Is this supposed to be enjoyable? How do i learn to like doing this?
