Is it annoying to keep inviting a friend to stuff?

I invite a friend to events pretty much every weekend. Sometimes they go sometimes they don't no big deal either way. They probably end up accepting my invite an average of once a month. They invite me to events about 1x a month. Is this annoying behavior on my part?
