I have the issue of taking a long time to respond to people even when I don't mean to. It's not that I don't want to talk to them, I just don't really have the energy to, and we end up not talking anymore. I think a part of it may also be that I suffer from social anxiety, so I'm afraid of messing up the conversation somehow, and I end up putting it off. I've tried putting myself out there more thinking it will "fix" my social battery, but I end up even more drained than before.
Is there a way for me to work on fixing this somehow? I hate pushing people away because I don't have any energy left or because I'm too anxious to respond.
